Ace sonochemical reaction vessel with horn coupling 

Glass reaction vessel with walls tapered inward toward bottom to allow operation with smaller volumes. 250 mL cap. reactor has an externally threaded center neck and three 14/20 side necks. Center neck accommodates the horn coupling to provide a closed system (gas tight reaction with a standard 1/2 in. diam. sonochemical horn) without affecting sonic output. Horn, with external thread, fits into a SS adapter with internal thread and O-ring seal. Adapter is then secured by a #36 Ace-Thred into a PTFE coupling, which, in turn, is threaded onto center neck of reaction vessel. All seals are accomplished with FETFE® O-rings. Two internal O-rings and one external O-ring are required. Order reaction vessel, SS adapter, and PTFE coupling separately.
