Features permanently sewn-in pages with either a grid or horizontal lines. Spaces for dates, signatures of workers, and witnesses for securing patent protection. Instructions for keeping research records, a table of contents, and a page for issuing the notebook are also featured. Thick PE cover.

Paper pages are printed on one side only and each page has an identically numbered duplicate page. Duplicate pages are perforated for easy removal. Brown PE cover with 50 numbered sets of 81/2 × 11 in. pages.
