Cell disruption jar 

For cell disruption using Retsch MM2000 mixer mill, use this special 12.5 mL stainless steel jar with glass beads. Jar has fill and drain openings for cell suspensions. May be fitted with adapters to hold 5 or 10 reaction vials or microcentrifuge tubes. Short grinding times minimize temperature rise so that additional cooling of cell suspension is generally not required.
