General description

ChemStar vacuum pumps are distinguished by having all five of the defining features needed for pumping corrosive gases.
• High contamination tolerance: large oil reservoir dilutes contaminants
• Corrosion resistant parts: Viton^®, PTFE, stainless steel, nickel-plated or anodized parts
• Reduced frictional wear: runs at less than 580 rpm versus 1,700 rpm for direct-drive pumps
• Nitrogen purge standard: degasses and cools pump oil reducing corrosion
• Easy attachment of accessories: trap and oil mist eliminator
