General description
Unlike conventional magnetic stirrers with electric motors spinning permanent magnets, VARIOMAG magnetic stirrers have no moving parts. VARIOMAG stirrers have stationary magnetic coils through which current is varied to produce a rotating magnetic field that drives the magnetic stir bar. As a result VARIOMAG stirrers have a flat design with no wear, no maintenance and high precision speed control.
