Tissue capture pen 

• Provides a sticky membrane on slide
• Prevents the tissue from moving, wrinkling or falling off the slide
• Flattens the section and eliminates the need for hot water extension
• Suitable for microwave protocols
• Use with Liquid Blocker Pen for small scale cultures
• Suitable for in-situ hybridization
• Stable up to 120°

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
• Remove the cap. Turn the pen over (tip down) and put tip on the glass slide.
• Coat an appropriate area of the slide with Tissue Capture liquid
• Pickup the section on the coated area of the slide
• Deparaffinize tissue sections and hydrate to water
• Wipe away excess liquid around the sections on the glass slide
• If using the PAP pen encircle the tissue sections or draw lines on both sides of the section with Liquid Blocker and let dry 10-15 seconds
