Reconstitute to 0.5 mL with distilled or deionized water (the solution will consist of 100 mM sodium phosphate pH 7.2, 150 mM sodium chloride, 50 mM sucrose, 0.1% BSA, 0.05 % sodium azide and 2 mg/ml pigment). Do not freeze, store at 4 °C in the dark.
