Fluorescence Marker Kit 550 

For fluorescent labeling of proteins, peptides, and amino-modified nucleotides. Comprises phosphate buffer solution, bicarbonate buffer solution, and Fluorescent Orange 548 reactive.

This kit provides the required reagents for labeling proteins with Fluorescent Orange 548. This label shows similar properties to Cy^®3, such as strong fluorescence, spectral match with corresponding laser line, and good water solubility. Together with Fluorescent Red 646, it is ideally suited for energy transfer studies, hybridization assays and flow cytometry.

Sufficient for 5 labeling reactions of 1.5 mg protein each.
