Fluorescence Marker Kit 650 

For fluorescent labeling of proteins, peptides, and amino-modified nucleotides. Comprises phosphate buffer solution, bicarbonate buffer solution, and Fluorescent Orange 646 reactive.

This kit provides the required reagents for labeling proteins with Fluorescent Red 646. This label shows similar properties to Cy^®5, such as strong fluorescence, spectral match with corresponding laser line, and good water solubility. Together with Fluorescent Orange 548 it is ideally suited for energy transfer studies, hybridization assays and flow cytometry.

Sufficient for 5 labeling reactions of 1.5 mg protein.
