Fluorescent red 646 reactive 

Fluorescent red 646 match excitation by He-Ne laser line at 633 nm, Argon or Argon-Krypton laser lines at 647 nm and diode lasers (635-650 nm). This dye may be used as an alternative to Cy™5. Excitation and emission maxima fit common equipment used for Cy5 and offers advantageous handling properties, especially high water solubility. Together with fluorescent orange 548, it has been proved to work well for energy transfer studies, (competitive) immunoassays, and (competitive) hybridization assays. Antibody conjugates have been demonstrated to be useful in flow cytometry. This label shows strong molar absorption of 250 000 M^-1 cm^-1.
