Application  
Jurkat E6.1 is an IL-2 producing cell line. The cell line was derived from Jurkat FHCRC by incubating the cells at 41 °C for 48 hours, followed by a limiting dilution cloning over macrophages.
 
  
Maintain cultures between 3-9 × 105 cells/ml in 5 % CO2 at 37 °C
