CHSE-214 Cell Line from salmon 

EMEM (EBSS) + 2 mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6 using 0.25 % trypsin or trypsin/EDTA, cells detach after 5-10 minutes at room temperature. Grow cells in dark (e.g. wrapped in foil); 5% CO₂; 21 °C.
