Maintain cultures between 5x104 and 5x105 cells/ml at 37oC and 5% CO2.

The OX-86 mAb can be used to examine the distrubution of OX-40, CD134, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor/NGF receptor super family
 
  
This hybridoma is produced by the fusion of NS1 cells with AO splenocytes from rat immunized with recombinant mouse OX-40 antigen.
