purified, NSO-derived, recombinant human activin receptor IIB extracellular domain.

Specificity

The antibody has the ability to block receptor-ligand interaction. In ELISA assays, it will block 50% of the binding of recombinant human activin A to recombinant human activin receptor IIB/Fc chimera. The antibody demonstrates 15% cross-reactivity with recombinant human activin receptor I. By immunoblotting, the antibody exhibits no cross-reactivty with recombinant human activin receptor IIA.
