Antigen Background
ACTR, a nuclear receptor coactivator, is also referred to as amplified in breast cancer 1 (AIB1), thyroid hormone receptor activator molecule-1 (TRAM-1), receptor-associated coactivator 3 (RAC3 and SRC3).
Immunogen
GST fusion protein containing amino acids 605-1294 of human ACTR.
Specificity
The antibody recognizes ACTR and another doublet (110 kDa) by immunoblotting.
