Monoclonal Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, Calf Intestinal antibody produced in mouse 

The antibody reacts with bovine intestinal alkaline phosphatase and similar enzymes from pig, cat and dog without interference with their enzymatic activity. No cross-reactivity is observed with alkaline phosphatase from human placenta; bovine milk, liver and placenta; pig placenta; E. coli or from the intestine of chicken, horse, rabbit, sheep, guinea pig, trout, pigeon, and eel. This antibody may be used for amplification of immunohistochemical reactions, ELISA and immunoblotting. The product may also be used in the formation of alkaline phosphatase anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) complexes.
