Application
The AEC (3-Amino-9-ethylcarbazole) Staining Kit contains universal reagents for staining peroxidase labeled compounds in immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting techniques. AEC produces an insoluble end product that is red in color. Not recommended for ELISA (microwell) procedures.
Caution
Stable at least one year at 2-8 °C.
Packaging
Kit contains 3 mL of concentrated acetate buffer, 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole (AEC) chromogen and hydrogen peroxide in a dropper bottle for easy dispensing. Directions for use with each application are included.
