Immunogen

synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues around Tyr¹⁵ of human Cdc2.

Specificity

The antibody detects phosphorylated tyrosine on Cdc2 and Cdk1. It does not react with non-phosphorylated Cdc2, Cdk4, Cdk6, or Cdk7.

Physical form

Solution in 10 mM sodium HEPES, pH 7.5, containing 0.15 M sodium chloride, 100 μg/ml bovine serum albumin, and 50% glycerol.
