Corning^® GAPS II coated slides 

GAPS II slides use a new Corning glass that is flatter and has less thickness variation than glass used with original GAPS slides. This proprietary ultraflat glass enhances microarray performance, enabling more accurate reading of microarrays by confocal laser scanner. In addition the new smaller bar code provides an increased print area. GAPS II coated slides provide the same coating process and attachment chemistry as original GAPS amino-coated slides. This enables researchers to use the same protocols they optimized for GAPS slides.
