Purified from culture supernatant of hybridoma cells grown in a bioreactor.

Specificity

The epitope recognized by the antibody resides in the N-terminal region of human E2F1 (amino acids 1-89).¹ May be used for immunoprecipitation¹ (native and denatured), immunoblotting² immunocytochemistry,³ and gel mobility shift assay.¹
