Monoclonal Anti-Chicken Light Chains−FITC antibody produced in mouse 

The antibody reacts with an epitope on the light chains bound to chicken immunoglobulins. It also reacts with light chains separated by SDS-PAGE and light chains of turkey IgG. No reactivity is observed with the IgG of the following species: crow, dove, cattle, egret, duck, goose, ostrich, human, monkey, horse, sheep, guinea pig, pig, hamster, rat, mouse, or fish.

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffer, pH 8.0, containing 1% bovine serum albumin and 0.01% thimerosal.
