Monoclonal Anti-Glutathione-S-Transferase (GST) antibody produced in mouse 

recombinant Glutathione-S-Transferase (GST) fusion protein.

The antibody is specific for GST from Schistosoma japonicum, the gene of which is found in expression vectors. The antibody does not recognize GST from rat, rabbit, porcine or bovine liver, or from human placenta, as tested by ELISA. The product recognizes native as well as denatured-reduced forms of purified GST or GST fusion proteins, applying immunoblotting, dot blotting and ELISA.
