GlycoProfile^™ Glycan Clean-Up Cartridge 

For clean up of glycan samples after reductive amination labeling or enzymatic digestion. The cartridge is equilibrated with acetonitrile, then loaded with a maximum of 20 μg of a glycan sample. The glycans are bound while excess dye and salts are removed by washing with acetonitrile. The glycans are then eluted with water.

Recommended for use with the GlycoProfile 2-AA (Cat. No. PP0530) and 2-AB (Cat. No. PP0520) Labeling Kits.
