Immunogen

synthetic peptide derived from amino acids 329-341 of the C-terminal end of mouse JunD.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute with 100 μl deionized water.

Specificity

The antibody reacts specifically with JunD expressed in both uninduced and induced mouse fibroblasts (NIH 3T3 and L929) and also mouse pituitary corticotrophic line (AtT-20). It does not react with JunD in HeLa cells.

Lyophilized from phosphate buffered saline, containing 0.05% sodium azide.
