Immunogen

recombinant human MCP- 3, expressed in E. coli.

Specificity

The antibody may be used for neutralization, localization and detection of human MCP-3. The antibody shows <20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human eotaxin, and <5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human MCP-2 and MCP-1, and recombinant mouse JE.

Physical form

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in phosphate buffered saline.
