SigmaScreen^™ Poly-D-Lysine coated plates 

SigmaScreen Poly D-Lysine (PDL) coated multiwell plates are coated with a synthetic PDL molecular weight range of 70-150 kDa. By coating the negatively charged polystyrene surface with PDL, the resulting positively charged surface has been shown to improve cell survival under low serum or serum-free conditions. SigmaScreen PDL coated multiwell plates can be used with a variety of cell lines including HEK-293 and mouse 3T3. Manufactured under ISO9002 in Sigma's GMP facility, Sigma's PDL coated multiwell plates are bioburden tested (fungal and bacterial) and endotoxin free.
