Immunogen

synthetic phosphopeptide Ser^217/221 corresponding to residues around Ser^217/221 of human MEK 1/2.

Specificity

Detects MEK 1/2 when phosphorylated at Ser²¹⁷ and Ser²²¹. It does not react with non-phosphorylated MEK 1/2, SEK (MKK4), MKK3, or MKK6.

Physical form

Solution in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 100 μg/ml bovine serum albumin and 50% glycerol.
