General description
Immobilon-PSQ membranes are PVDF with greater protein binding capacity than standard Immobilon-P. Thus, in protein sequencing applications, dramatically higher yields can be obtained. Repetitive yields are typically higher than 90%.
Other Notes
Note: We recommend traditional Immobilon-P membranes for routine Western blotting applications. Immobilon-PSQ membranes are functional in these applications but will have higher background.
