PhosDecor^™ Stain 

For use in the PhosDecor™ Phosphoprotein In-Gel Detection Kit system.

Sigma’s PhosDecor™ Stain allows for the quick and selective identification of phosphorylated proteins directly in SDS-polyacrylamide gels. The simple staining procedure can be completed in as little as 4 hours, providing a quick method for identification of protein phosphorylation. PhosDecor staining is compatible with downstream analysis such as in-gel trypsin digestion of the stained proteins and MALDI-MS analysis, allowing the identification of specific phosphorylation sites within the proteins.
