The PhosDecor™ Control contains six proteins two of which are phosphorylated, providing a set of positive and negative controls for use with the PhosDecor Stain (Catalog Number P7374) or with the PhosDecor Fluorescent Phosphoprotein In-Gel Detection Kit (Catalog Number PDECOR). When reconstituted the six proteins are of approximately 250 μg/ml producing SDS-PAGE bands with approximately equal total protein staining intensities. This control is not intended for use in sample quantitation.
