REDExtract-N-Amp^™ PCR ReadyMix^™ for Blood 

This PCR ReadyMix^™ is intended for use with Sigma's Extract-N-Amp^™ Blood PCR Kits. All Extract-N-Amp Kits include a volume of PCR ReadyMix sufficient for at least one PCR reaction per extraction. However, where additional amplifications are required, supplemental PCR ReadyMix may be needed.
This REDExtract-N-Amp^™ PCR ReadyMix contains a inert tracking dye that allows for convenient direct loading of PCR reactions onto agarose gels for analysis.
