Anti-Potassium Channel BK_Ca (High-conductance Ca²⁺-activated K⁺ Channel, Maxi-K⁺, Slo, KCNMA1) antibody produced in rabbit 

highly purified GST fusion protein of a C-terminal part of the mouse Slo (mSlo) α subunit. The protein corresponds to amino acids 1098-1196.¹ This epitope corresponds to the C-terminal of the longer form of BK_Ca channel α subunit and overlaps approximately 40 residues with the shorter form. Both shorter and longer forms are highly conserved among vertebrates.
