ProteoQwest^™ FLAG^® Chemiluminescent Western Blotting Kit, CPS Substrate 

Designed for chemiluminescent detection of FLAG epitope-tagged fusion protein on Western blots. The CPS peroxidase substrate (CPS-1-60) included in the kit provides high sensitivity chemiluminescent detection of less than 1 ng of FLAG-tagged protein. Immunostaining with the provided ANTI-FLAG M2 monoclonal antibody-peroxidase conjugate eliminates non-specific background and simplifies the procedure compared to the use of unconjugated anti-FLAG antibodies with anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody peroxidase conjugates.
