Biochem/physiol Actions

Also known as human sisδ, RANTES is a member of the chemokine β family. It is a chemoatttractant for peripheral blood monocytes and selectively attracts T cells of the CD4+/CD45RO+ phenotype in vitro.

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in 30% acetonitrile and 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid containing 0.5 mg bovine serum albumin.
