SecureSlip^™ glass coverslip 

Coverslips are affixed to a thin microscopically transparent silicone base which secures the coverslip to culture vessels to prevent movement and cell damage during cultivation and assay procedures. During culture, cells may be imaged without interference from the silicone. Silicone perimeter surrounding each coverslip acts as a hydrophobic barrier to isolate liquids. Silicone backing removes easily (by peeling) for conventional mounting. Available as inserts which facilitate cultivation and batch processing in sets of up to 15 coverslips per plate or as individual silicone backed 12 mm × 12 mm coverslips.
