SYBR^® Green Extract-N-Amp^™ PCR ReadyMix^™ 

The SYBR Green Extract-N-Amp PCR ReadyMix is the specially formulated PCR enzyme blend contained in the SYBR Green Extract-N-Amp Plant and Tissue PCR Kits. It is intended to supplement these kits for researchers who perform more than one amplification per extracted sample.

1.2 mL is sufficient for 100 amplifications as described in kit protocols (20 μl total reaction volume)

12 mL is sufficient for 1000 amplifications as described in kit protocols (20 μl total reaction volume)
