CHK2 checkpoint homolog (S. pombe) 

MISSION shRNA Lentiviral Particles are transduction-ready viral particles for gene silencing in mammalian cells (human or mouse) including both dividing, non-dividing, and primary cell types. After transduction, stable cell lines expressing the shRNA may be produced via selection with puromycin. 200 µl of shRNA lentiviral particles at 10⁶ TU/ml are provided for each clone in the target set. Orders of 5 or less target sets(< 25 clones or constructs) are provided in individual vials. Orders of more than 5 target sets(>25 clones or constructs) are provided in a barcoded 96-well plate with a CD containing plate map positions.
