Biochem/physiol Actions

TROY is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily. Mouse and human TROY share 92% identity in their extracellular domains. Over-expression of TROY acitivates nuclear factor NFκB and c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathways.
