Biodialyser system 

Single-sided Biodialyser with magnet, 50 μL sample chamber

Unique microdialysis chambers for samples from 50 μLto 1 mL. Made entirely of inert, autoclavable PTFE; simply load the sample well, place an ultrafiltration membrane over it, and screw in the threaded cap ring to hold it in place. Then place the assembly in a beaker for dialysis. Chambers with magnets act as stirring bars, agitating sample and dialysate for faster exchange. After dialysis, recover the sample with a pipette or concentrate it by vacuum evaporation or lyophilization; solids will deposit on the PTFE bottom.
Accessories allow you to assemble pieces in any order, for applications limited only by your ingenuity:
• unions join same- or different-sized Biodialysers in series with or without membranes
• multichambers fit together in series and hold membranes of same or different cut-offs in place: do equilibrium dialysis and selective ultrafiltration.
