Sigma’s ultrapure deoxynucleotides (dNTPs) are ≥99% pure and are qualified for use in
• Standard and long PCR
• Manual and automated sequencing
• cDNA synthesis
• Labeling reactions

Individual dNTPs and sets of the four dNTPs are available at 10 mM and 100 mM. The 10 mM mix is ready to use in standard and long PCR.
