Antibody Conjugates

Sigma offers fluorescent-labeled secondary antibody conjugates for use in immunoassays, fluorescence microscopy, and other applications. Mega 485 and Mega 520-conjugates use labels with large stokes shifts. Therefore efficient excitation of both labels requires only one type of light, e.g. an Argon laser, but fluorescence emission can be detected at completely different wavelengths. This makes the Mega-conjugates ideal tools for double staining experiments.
