Polyacrylamide (PAA)-based Glycoconjugates

Polyacrylamide-based glycoconjugates have been reportly used as probes for cell surface carbohydrate binding proteins. They have been used for detection of cells using flow cytometry,¹ and have been immobilized on microtiter plates for an immunosorbent assay method.²
