CellVue® Claret Far Red Fluorescent Cell Linker MIDI Kit (Cat. No. MIDCLARET) and CellVue® Claret Far Red Fluorescent Cell Linker MINI Kit (Cat. No. MINCLARET) − The CellVue Claret Fluorescent Cell Linker kits use a proprietary membrane labeling technology to stably incorporate a far red fluorescent dye with long aliphatic tails (CellVue Claret) into lipid regions of the cell membrane. The CellVue Claret kits may be used for general cell membrane labeling including in vitro cell labeling, in vitro lymphocyte proliferation studies, in vivo cytotoxicity assays, and also as a second color for monitoring cell-cell membrane transfer.
Ridaifen-B (Cat. No. R5030) is a novel tamoxifen analog that augments apoptosis-inducing effect in ER negative cells. Monoclonal Anti-D1 Dopamine Receptor, antibody produced in rat, Clone 1-1-F11 s.E6 (Cat. No. D2944) − Dopamine receptors belong to the family of seven transmembrane domain G protein coupled receptors and are present in most areas of the central nervous system. Monoclonal Anti-Pinin, antibody produced in mouse (Cat. No. P0084) − Pinin (PNN) is a protein associated with mature desmosomes of the epithelia. PNN induces junction formation and enhances cell aggregation. Caroverine hydrochloride (Cat. No. C1119) is a nonselective NMDA and AMPa glutamate receptor antagonist and class B calcium channel blocker. Monoclonal Anti-Nitrotyrosine, antibody produced in mouse, Clone 2A12 (Cat. No. N5663) and Monoclonal Anti-Nitrotyrosine, antibody produced in mouse, Clone 18G4 (Cat. No. N5538)− Protein tyrosine nitration results in post-translational modification and is an important component of nitric oxide signaling. The presence of nitrotyrosine-containing proteins show high correlation to disease states such as atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Monoclonal Anti-Procathepsin L, antibody produced in mouse, Clone CPLH-2D4 (Cat. No. C0994) − Cathepsins are lysosomal proteases that play an important role in the intracellular degradation of exogenous and endogenous proteins, activation of enzyme precursors, and tumor invasion and metastasis. Monoclonal Anti-Rin/Rit2, antibody produced in mouse, Clone 18G4(27G2) (Cat. No. R4905) − Rit and its neuron-specific homologue, Rin, define a recently discovered subfamily of Ras-related GTPases. Rit and Rin are membrane-associated and may play important roles in the regulation of signaling pathways distinct from those controlled by Ras. |
