Fluorescent Red and Orange Labels

Fluorescent Orange 548 and Fluorescent Red 646: Cy3™ and Cy5™ Alternatives
These labels together are ideally suited for energy transfer studies. It has also been exemplified for immunoassays and hybridization assays. The use of Fluorescent Red antibody conjugates in flow cytometry has been demonstrated.

Fluorescent Orange and Red Labels with Emission Wavelengths up to 800 nm
This series of labels is characterized by sharp emission bands and bright light emission. Excitation and emission in the near infrared avoids interference with autofluorescence of biological samples. They are suitable for use on solid matrices.
