In Vivo/In Vitro Tracking of Stem Cells

For stable labeling and cell tracking of live cells, see PKH Fluorescent Cell Linkers.

In vitro labeling and in vivo tracking are two important aspects of stem cell research in all it's forms. While in vitro labeling products have been around for some time there are unique challenges when considering stem cells. In vivo tracking has historically been difficult and costly when working with working with animal models. Sigma offers a simple and effective system for tracking cells with the PKH kit platform which can be accessed in this section as well as other stains and dyes that have been found useful. The products listed in this section are our most commonly used. Other, more unique products may also be found throughout the Sigma-Aldrich website.
