SPME / HPLC Interface, Fibers and Accessories

The interface allows mobile phase to contact the SPME fiber, remove the adsorbed analytes, and deliver them to the column for LC separation. It consists of a 6-port injection valve and a desorption chamber; it can be easily installed and removed.
The fiber assemblies recommended for HPLC use are crimped (rather than attached with epoxy). All have a 24-gauge needle and are suitable for autosampler-HPLC use.
