ExtrAvidin Reagents

ExtrAvidin^® is a modified form of egg white avidin that retains the high affinity and specificity of avidin for biotin, but does not exhibit the nonspecific binding at physiological pH that has been reported for avidin. ExtrAvidin is available unconjugated or conjugated to enzymes or fluorochromes for use in immunoassays.
