VIII. TOXICITY AND HANDLING

Most of the products described in this bulletin are in powder, bead or granular form, capable of generating dust. Tolerance levels (TWA, TLV20,21) have been established for some of these materials or their components and should be maintained wherever they are applicable.

The products should be used with adequate ventilation, and proper respiratory, eye and skin protection should be worn.

Many of these materials are hygroscopic or will deteriorate or lose efficiency on exposure to moisture; therefore, they should be kept tightly closed in a cool dry area.

Please consult the individual product labels and Material Safety Data Sheets for more information on any other hazards that may be associated with these products.
