Job Title:Technical Service Specialist (上海, 北京)

Responsibilities :

  1. To receive customer’s phone calls to 800 toll-free service and reply customer’s inquiries on product information, prices, availability, order status, application, complaints, etc.
  2. To be responsible for services to designated accounts (including Greater China dealers and mainland China customers), and maintain good relationship with them by providing services in a timely, careful, responsible and proactive manner;
  3. To provide team-wide technical support when necessary
  4. To communicate with different departments inside company and inter-subsidiaries to facilitate the order fulfilment and ensure customers’ claims on qualities and inquiries on applications are handled properly and timely;
  5. To attended designated trainings on products/techniques to keep pace with corporate technical development trend;
  6. To conduct designated trainings within the Customer Interface Team and to Sales & Marketing team;
  7. To perform other duties assigned by Customer Interface Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent academic knowledge of Immunology with Master degree, with sound and broad experience in research work;
  2. Broad knowledge in other bio-science area;
  3. Excellent people communication skills;
  4. Fluent spoken and written English;
  5. Good Microsoft Office skill;
  6. Basic knowledge in International Trade;
  7. Experience in ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc) is a plus

  3. Act as the focal point in coordinating with related departments within the company to better manage the above-mentioned products in China.
  4. Other activities assigned by the Marketing Manager aiming for the sales growth of the above-mentioned products in China.

Requirements

 

  1. Master Degree in immunology or life science or biotech related areas. Additional experience in Business/Marketing related areas would be a plus.
  2. Over 2 years experience working in the life science/biotech sector, preferably with multinational companies. Candidates with both technical and marketing experience in the life science sector would be a strong plus.
  3. Market oriented, customer focused and strong teamwork spirit.
  4. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

  5. Coordinates with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers.
  6. Follow up on the inquiries and analysis the ratio of quotation and contract.
