Pipette Tips with Zirconia (ZrO₂) and Titania (TiO₂) adsorbents are useful for enrichment and purification of phosphopeptides and similar bio-molecules.

C18 pipette tips offer superior binding and recovery when purifying femtomole to picomole quantities of proteins and peptides. Carbon pipette tips are used for separation, enrichment and purification of oligosaccharides and other macromolecules containing sugar moieties.

Micro-purification & Sample Enrichment

Supel-Tips contain a chromatography sorbent bed bonded at the working end of the tip with a proprietary high purity adhesive. This sorbent bed acts as a solid phase extraction medium that adsorbs molecules of interest from the sample matrix. The concentrated, desalted analytes are eluted for downstream analysis and identification with mass spectrometric and/or chromatographic techniques.
